البيانات والغرض من استخدامها

يعالج المعهد بيانات الحساب والتواصل والملف الشخصي والمؤهلات وجهة العمل، والمستندات والصورة التي يختار المتدرب رفعها، وطلبات التسجيل والمشاركة والحضور والتقييمات والشهادات. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتقديم خدمات التدريب والتحقق من متطلبات التسجيل وإدارة المشاركة وإصدار الشهادات ودعم المستخدمين.

يمكن استعراض البرامج العامة دون تسجيل الدخول. الخدمات الخاصة بالحساب تتطلب تسجيل الدخول. تُجمع معلومات تقنية عن الجلسات والطلبات والأخطاء لحماية الحساب وتشغيل الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال.

الأذونات والخدمات الخارجية

يُستخدم اختيار الصور والملفات لرفع المستندات والصورة بإجراء منك، والكاميرا لمسح رمز QR. عند تفعيل الدخول ببصمة الوجه أو الإصبع، ينفّذ نظام الهاتف التحقق محليًا؛ لا يحصل التطبيق على قالب البصمة أو بيانات الوجه الحيوية.

يصل إلى البيانات موظفو المعهد المخوّلون ومقدمو الخدمات التقنية المعنيون بتشغيل النظام ودعمه. عند فتح رابط اجتماع، تنتقل إلى مزوّد الاجتماع وتطبق سياسة خصوصيته. وقد تتلقى جهة المشاركة التي تختارها نسخة الشهادة التي تشاركها.

لا يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات أو تتبعًا إعلانيًا، ولا تُباع بيانات المتدربين.

الحفظ والحذف

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب أثناء تقديم خدمات التدريب. يمكنك بدء طلب الحذف من «الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب» أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. يتطلب الطلب تأكيد كلمة المرور. يعالج النظام حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به، ويُقيّد الوصول أثناء المعالجة. تأكيد استلام الطلب لا يعني أن الحذف اكتمل بالفعل.

قد تتطلب الملفات المشتركة أو السجلات التاريخية التي لا يمكن إثبات صاحبها مراجعة المعهد حتى لا تُحذف بيانات شخص آخر. ولا تُنسب التقييمات العامة القديمة إلى حساب دون دليل موثوق.

لا ينشئ طلب الحذف نسخة كاملة جديدة من الحساب. يحتفظ النظام بسجل تقني محدود للطلب ولمنع استعادة الحساب من النسخ الاحتياطية. قد تبقى سجلات الأمن ذات الصلاحية المحدودة والنسخ الاحتياطية التاريخية المقيدة الوصول وفق إجراءات التشغيل والاستعادة لدى المعهد؛ ولا تعيد تفعيل خدمات الحساب. تواصل مع المعهد للاستفسار عن الاحتفاظ أو لمتابعة طلبك.

حقوقك والتواصل

يمكنك مراجعة بياناتك وتحديثها من ملفك الشخصي، وطلب المساعدة أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر مركز مساعدة المعهد. يستخدم التطبيق اتصالات HTTPS، وتُقيّد صلاحيات الوصول بحسب الدور الوظيفي.

Data and purposes

The institute processes account and contact information, profile, education and employment details, documents and photos you upload, registrations, participation and attendance, evaluations and certificates. These support training services, registration verification, participation management, certificate issuance and user support. Public programs can be browsed without an account. Account services require sign-in. Technical session, request and error information supports security, operation and troubleshooting.

Permissions and recipients

Photo and document access supports uploads you choose; camera access supports QR scanning. Optional biometric sign-in is performed by the phone operating system; the application does not receive biometric templates. Authorized institute staff and relevant technical service providers process data to operate and support the service. Meeting links open the meeting provider, whose privacy policy applies. Sharing a certificate sends it to the destination you choose. The application contains no advertising or advertising tracking, and trainee data is not sold.

Retention and account deletion

Account information is retained while providing training services. Initiate deletion from Profile → Delete account or the account-deletion webpage, with password confirmation. The system processes deletion of the account and associated records and restricts access while processing. Acknowledgement means the request was received, not that deletion has already completed.

Shared files or ambiguous historical records may require institute review to avoid deleting another person's data. Legacy public evaluations are not attributed to an account without reliable evidence. No new full account archive is created by the request. A limited technical deletion marker is retained for processing and restore suppression. Expiring security records and restricted historical backups may remain under institute operational and recovery procedures; they do not reactivate account services. Access and support

You can review and update profile information and request assistance, correction or deletion through the institute help center. Connections use HTTPS and access is restricted by role.
